Nanette Comstock 〔Sometimes spelled Nannette Comstock〕 (July 17, 1866 – June 24, 1942), was an American actress whose career on stage spanned nearly thirty-five years. She appeared on both the New York and London stage and had shared the stage with many of the luminaries of the late nineteenth and early twentieth centuries.

She was born in Albany, New York, a daughter of Anna Stewart and Alexander Cromwell Comstock and a niece of the New York politician, Isaac Newton Comstock.〔Comstock, John Adams - ''A history and genealogy of the Comstock family in America,'' 1949, p. 218〕 Her brother, Alexander (d. 1909), was a noted theatre manager and the husband of actress Myrtle Edwards.〔Alexander Comstock Dead.
